Excellent! Woke up to Air Handler leaking all over garage and I have to leave at noon for a work trip. He responded to my request at 6am and was here at 830. Fixed and Replaced faulty flow valve as well. 20/10 - highly recommend!

Roberto and his team were very quick to respond when my AC quit working after hours! He drove over an hour and half from his base all the way to Ocala to come and repair my AC at 11 pm at night in the middle of peak Summer time. The service he provided was excellent! He was extremely respectful and wore shoe covers to prevent any dirt from being tracked into my house, and he worked very efficiently. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC, replacing my capacitor and unclogging my drains so that my family could get some sleep. He also took the time after repairing my AC to install my smart thermostat, after midnight, knowing he had a lengthy drive back. I am extremely grateful for the work he provided! On top of the impeccable service, I also found his services to be priced extremely fair. I highly recommend Airwaves Comfort for any HVAC/ AC needs!

We recently hired Airwaves Comfort FL Corp to install a mini-split system in our hotel's elevator room, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their pricing was very reasonable, they took the time to do the job correctly, and the quality of the installation was excellent. The work area was kept clean and organized, and their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was their follow-up they checked in multiple times even after the job was completed to ensure everything was working properly and that we were satisfied. It's rare to find a company that truly stands behind their work. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for future HVAC needs.

Roberto did an amazing job diagnosing the issue and educating us on our unit and how to care for it in the future. He took his time to truly understand our specific need and wasn’t quick to propose costly repairs. While what we needed was more on the expensive side, it was recommended so that we can avoid an even MORE costly repair in the future. It was 8:00 p.m. on memorial Day. My wife and I had just got back from the beach. We were hot and our AC was too. We reached out to Roberto, he said he was finishing up a job in our area and was at my home fixing my AC within a half hour! Roberto does great work, professional, honest and fair!
